It is proposed that the course is delivered using a blended approach to include where possible "in-person" and virtual learning to meet the learning needs of a workforce within a national organisation, who work to a hybrid model. Course Modules include: * Understanding self and others * Engaging and managing people * Governance managing the business and digital capability to include AI. * Responding to and managing change * Developing and maintaining resilience It is anticipated that the offer will be made available to approximately 170 managers over a two- year period with cohorts of 16 people, delivered simultaneously pending demand.
