To support this, MHCLG is currently considering whether to procure a technical support offer whereby one or more consultancies will work with places to develop Town Deal proposals. Additional information: The Authority intends that this requirement will be procured using the CCS RM3745 Management Consultancy Framework, Lot 5 the CCS RM60108 Management Consultancy Framework Two, Lot 4 The Authority reserves the right to amend the intended route to market if the outputs of this PTME indicate this not to be a suitable route.
