This is located just of Station Road and is a popular location for all ages and currently contains a play area, MUGA, gym equipment, kickwall and basketball hoop and is popular with dog walkers. The current equipment is circa 15 years old with most having reached the end of its life, however there is the possibility of moving one or both sets of swings to one of our other play areas. The Council is looking for a substantial play area, commensurate with the available budget of PS120,000. The play equipment and layout must be interesting, innovative and inclusive. There is also a requirement for the play equipment to be fully accessible and fully inclusive to allow all children to play together regardless of ability.
