## Notice

The service will be made up of the following service components. * Sourcing of Assistive Technology devices * Installation and Collection of Assistive Technology devices * Premises/Storage of Assistive Technology devices * Maintenance and Testing of Assistive Technology devices * IT System * Contact Centre * Mobile Response Team (including falls pick-up) * Device identification Additional information: Please only submit the SQ RESTRICTED RESPONSE DOCUMENT, plus Appendix E - Information Assurance Questionnaire (ICO) v5.1 by the 6th January 2022. DO NOT submit the ITT Response Document or a Pricing Schedule at this stage.
