To project manage the diagnosis and permanent remedy of the roof leaks. To include a detailed intrusive inspection to establish the cause of the leaks. Work to include temporary making good to areas opened up. Provide a written report summarising findings, produce specification of work to remedy incl budget costs and outline programme.
