## Summary

The Home Office is planning a new procurement process for the Cyclamen Service, involving the service and maintenance of radiological and nuclear detection equipment. The current milestone is the engagement end date on 15th April 2024. This opportunity falls under the industry category of Electronic detection apparatus and is located in London, United Kingdom. The procurement stage is currently in the planning phase.

This tender for the Cyclamen Service Procurement presents an opportunity for businesses specialising in electronic detection apparatus and related services. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are well-suited to compete in providing service and maintenance for the RN detection capability at ports and airports, managing IT infrastructure, testing facilities, and procuring hardware and software. The early market engagement event on 15th April 2024 provides a chance to understand the Home Office's requirements and potential future opportunities for collaboration in enhancing security measures.

## Notice

This is an update to the PIN published on 20 Dec 2023: Cyclamen Service Re-Procurement: Supplier Networking Event. As part of early market engagement, Home Office is hosting an in-person Market Engagement Event on Monday 15th April 2024. The event will be held in London, between 12:00-17:00.
