Children's Services deem off site provision to be that when learners access part of their learning entitlement at an off-site (i.e. out of school) provider during the academic day. It is expected that learners will follow a nationally recognised programme or qualification which is included in section 96/97 and that will be accredited to the home school's assessment and attainment table. Off-site educational provision does not include any out of school hour's activities. The specification of work is broken down in to three cohorts/lots.
