The Framework will be split in to two lots as per below with one Supplier appointed to each site: Lot 1 - Conquest Hospital Lot 2 - Eastbourne District General Hospital Although substantially related to repairs, maintenance and replacement works, the works may encompass new works identified by capital funded construction projects. The estimated value of the Framework is PS2.4m (inclusive of fees and exclusive of VAT) per year per Lot. It is anticipated that the procurement will be run via the Open Procedure. It is anticipated that the Framework, if awarded, will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend by up to 12 months at the discretion of the Trust.
