The Authority requires a full valuation of its property portfolio in 2025 with an annual update, to confirm whether valuation conditions for the Authority's assets have changed significantly each year in February 2026 and February 2027. To this effect the Authority wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Surveyor to undertake a full valuation of its facilities used in the delivery of its Resource Recovery Contract (RRC). The properties listed at Schedule 1 in accordance with current RICS, IFRS and CIPFA guidance at the time.
