As part of this appointment your two main responsibilities will be: 1) To establish a masterplan for the Woodlands school redevelopment, successfully leading to Stage 4 detailed planning permission. 2) Provide strategic plans to achieve maximum resale value on the lands of the former two school sites successfully leading to outline planning permission. The councils key vision for the development of the site is: To enhance the provision and facilities currently on offer to meet the growing complexities of the needs of children and explore current and future technologies to aid with student growth and development.
