The contract will be for 2 years with the option to extend for up to a further one plus one years, subject to agreement with the council and the contractor(s). Tenderers are invited to submit a tender for the provision of a Tenant Energy Advice Service. Submission of this tender and communication between tenderers and the council throughout the tender period will be via the council?s e-commissioning and tendering portal, the ProContract Supplier Portal.
