In order to maintain the property stock in good condition it is necessary to undertake repairs and maintenance as appropriate. Norwich City Council have a requirement for the installation of Thermodynamic systems to approximately 60 properties in order to provide residents with some free hot water, reduce fuel poverty, reduce their carbon footprint and increase the properties SAP score. It should be noted that there may be some properties with vulnerable occupants. These properties may require particular attention in that they will require works over and above the standard specification; experience in dealing with residents will be required and must be demonstrated.
