## Notice

The council is seeking a supplier to deal with vehicles that are parked either in an on street location, a BCP Council operated car park or any other land owned by the Council where one of the following circumstances applies:\r * Persistent evader vehicles found parked in contravention. \r * Fraudulent use of disabled persons parking blue badges or \r an article that purports to be a disabled blue badge. \r * Parked in a disabled persons parking bay without displaying \r a disabled blue badge. \r * Parked using a fraudulent Bournemouth, Christchurch and \r Poole Council permit, voucher, scratch card or pay and \r display parking ticket, inclusive of cashless parking sessions \r and virtual permits. \r Parked in a manner that causes serious obstruction to emergency \r services and other road users
