This will be achieved through the following objectives: * Deliver Wirral Independence Service including the Telecare Monitoring and Response service and Falls Prevention Service * Provision of a Community Equipment Service (CES) for adults and children within the geographical boundary of Wirral Borough Council including those who live out of Borough and are registered with a Wirral GP.
