Requirements span digital and lithographic printing; prospectuses and distribution; large-format print; business stationery and cards; temporary ID pads; learning resources; vehicle livery; and signage installation. The work is planned across six separate lots: prospectus printing and distribution; litho and digital printing; large-format printing; business cards, temporary ID pads and learning-resource printing; signage and installation in Cornwall; and signage and installation in Devon. Suppliers may be able to compete for one or several lots. Delivery is across Cornwall and Devon in South West England. This is at the planning stage: Cornwall College Group has stated its intention to tender, but has not yet invited bids. It expects to use an open procedure and plans to publish a tender notice on 30 October 2026. The anticipated contract period is 4 January 2027 to 3 January 2032. The stated estimated value is £400,000 to £410,000. A separate budget allocation of £80,000 is shown for the 2027/28 financial year; this is not the same as the estimated contract value. The procurement is planned in six lots, covering print and signage services, with suppliers able to pursue one, multiple or all lots, subject to the final requirements. No evaluation basis is set out at this stage. The planned work is relevant to commercial printers, print distributors, large-format specialists, and signage and installation firms. The buyer says bidders will need registration on its In-Tend portal and the Government Central Digital Platform for the planned tender process. ## Notice Cornwall College Group (CCG) are looking for suppliers to provide high quality print and signage services for the group. Cornwall College Group intends to establish arrangements with suppliers capable of delivering a responsive, reliable and high-quality print and signage service across a range of requirements. The Works will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, digital and lithographic printing, prospectus and distribution printing, large-format print, business stationery, learning resources, vehicle livery, signage and installation services. Due to the varied nature of the Works, the procurement will be divided into separate Lots. Suppliers may bid for one, multiple or all Lots, subject to the final procurement documentation and requirements. CCG plan to go out to tender for the following lots.
