The two aims of OTLA are to: - Improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment in the FE and training sector and; - Support increased professionalism for practitioners in the sector. OTLA is underpinned by the Professional Standards. The programme is made up of 4 different strands: Collaborative projects; Professional Exchanges; Support, Training and Resources; and the Practitioner Research Programme.
