These pre-construction / enabling works will help to address site abnormals and reduce viability gap resulting in oven ready serviced and remediated development platforms for future development by private sector for design and build projects that will create up to 12,000sqm business innovation space and 445 associated jobs, levering PS22m investment. The costs are fully funded by the secured Investment Zone capital grant of PS750k for the Green Innovation Corridor Six Mile Green project. This is a call off CCS RM6088.
