The council wishes to commission an organisation(s) to deliver an Integrated lifestyle service which includes: * Smoking Cessation * Adult weight management * Physical activity sessions * Community based NHS Health Checks * Brief alcohol advice It is anticipated that the tender will start in mid July 2020 with 8 weeks' response time. The service would commence on 1st April 2021 and run for a period of up to 8 years with a break clause after the initial 3 years.
