UK SBS FM16179 Testing of Hot Water Storage Tanks for Compliance with Eco-design and Energy Labelling Legislation The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Regulatory Delivery Directorate is the appointed market surveillance authority, responsible for enforcing the Eco-design and Energy Labelling Regulations within the UK. For more information, visit the Regulatory Delivery website: https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/national-measurement-office-enforcement-authority BEIS will carry out a market surveillance project to determine the current levels of compliance in the Space Heater sector in line with the Eco-design and Energy Labelling requirements. Tenders are invited for testing according to the requirements detailed below. Contract will be awarded based on the criteria set out in the sourcing documents.
