Including In reach and Outreach Support to Young People aged 16-24 Transitioning from the Service. Current Budget is PS220,000 p.a. Initial Contract will be for 5 years with the potential for a further 5 year extension. Lot 2 - Supported Housing for Young Parents Including In Reach and Outreach Support to those transitioning from Placement. Current Budget is PS110,000 p.a. Initial Contract will be for 5 years with the potential for a further 5 year extension. Lot 3 - Floating Support Outreach. Current Budget is PS40,000 p.a. Initial Contract will be for 2 years with the potential for a further 8 x 12 month extensions.
