UK Research and Innovation (UKRI - The Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) supports research and researchers to ensure that the benefits of arts and humanities research are widely shared. This function includes promoting dialogue between researchers and policy makers and legislators through skills development. UKRI-AHRC seeks to support researchers within our remit to develop the knowledge and skills that will enable them to engage effectively with public policy. To generate improved capacity in the arts and humanities research population to engage effectively with public policy at a range of levels; To build a network of proficient arts and humanities researchers with policy engagement skills and interests; To gather evidence for the impact of arts and humanities research in public policy; To develop and deliver training and skills development activities in public policy engagement to researchers in the arts and humanities; To create and sustain a community of researchers who have undergone this training, and who continue to seek out pathways to engage with policy; To collect alumni feedback and evidence for the impact of the training, and their subsequent engagement activities in the public policy space; To maintain an alumni network of ambassadors for public policy engagement within the research community; To develop and deliver training and skills development activities in public policy engagement to researchers in the arts and humanities; To create and sustain a community of researchers who have undergone this training, and who continue to seek out pathways to engage with policy; To collect alumni feedback and evidence for the impact of the training, and their subsequent engagement activities in the public policy space; All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document. How to Apply As part of the strategic alliance between UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS) and Crown Commercial Service (CCS), UK SBS will be using the CCS eSourcing Suite for this procurement. To register on the CCS eSourcing portal please follow the details contained within the Additional Information section of this notice.
