It has been identified that woodwork to the front elevation is badly rotted in places, that there is extensive wear to stonework and pointing, damage to chimneys and parapet walls and decorative works required to all fenestration. Investigative works are required to ascertain the full extent of repairs required to the roof with a small section to the front left hand side elevation identified from a visual inspection.
