## Notice

A well-established London organisation ("the Client") is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and competent main contractors to support them with the design and delivery of a new London office building in the borough of Southwark. The tender is on the basis of a two-stage Design and Build, with main contractor responsible for all elements of the design, planning submission and project delivery. The proposed office building will be a 100% new build, 3 to 4 storeys and circa 1100 to 1500m2 in size. The total value of the project is circa PS3.3 million. The new building will be located on an existing parcel of land which is already owned by the Client.
