This will either be on a routine or call-out basis. The successful supplier will be required to provide a Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm for service and a 24 hour 365 days per annum call out facility for urgent repairs. Lot 2 - Will be for Air conditioning and ventilation systems on each site to ensure operational reliability. This will either be on a routine or call-out basis.
