Primarily to reduce the use of tickets and the inherent staff input and maintenance connected to ticket issue. Additionally, we wish to provide supplementary and more flexible payment options i.e. card, telephone, online, retrospective/pre-pay to be able to provide concessionary parking simply to those who qualify. The introduction of the new methods has the following four main objectives:- A) Must provide a better client experience. B) Maximise revenue yield. C) Reduce consumable costs. Hard costs and staff input. D) Reduce maintenance costs.
