The contract will include a break-clause which will entitle the concession operator to terminate the contract at their discretion on the 5th anniversary of the contract start. Cheshire East Council invites tenders from organisations interested in undertaking the operation of Crewe Markets for a ten year period commencing Summer 2020, to include a lease of the remodelled Crewe Market Hall and Covered Market.
