The Existing building is a listed recently renovated 4 storey warehouse in the centre of Birmingham. The building is currently a shell ready for fit out. The works include a full M&E installation, finishes and bespoke fittings. The project will be run under a JCT traditional contract. The tender documents will include a full set on construction documentation, and Bill of Quantities. The completed project will for the regional headquarters of the Princes Trust and accommodate local staff as well as serve as a delivery centre for programmes to Young People.
