The current service budget for 2017/18 is net PS2,143,300 and attracts over 212,000 visitors per years from all around the world. In order to achieve these complex dual aims of reducing costs whilst delivering our ambitions, we need to redesign the museums and galleries service. The Council is seeking a consultant to provide an external and independent review of current activity and performance and to identify options that reflects the financial position of the service in 2020.
