The service provider shall use a cohesive team targeted at this bespoke area. The contract will involve sites and plots, please note that a site may contain a number of plots. Bidders shall be bidding on a per site basis, the majority of sites will be single plot, however a small number of sites contain between 2 and 4 plots. For the value of the contract and to undertake an analysis of costs, we estimate approximately 12 sites per year. .Please note there is no guaranteed volume or value with this contract.
