The intention is to undertake interior renovations and to replace assemblies which include floor tiles, windows, ceiling tiles, light fittings, etc. The project which is to remodel the internal spaces to create better use of office space to accommodate reorganisation of the building users will include removal of some partitions (walls), new partitions, decorations, etc. The works are phased out and will be carried out in sequence to accord with dates assigned to each phase. There are five phases (Phases 1-5) which are to be programmed separately to allow works to be executed in succession in line with the Council's programme for office decant and / or relocation.
