An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with Herefordshire Council to scope and develop a new care home provision that will support the council to meet the increasing demands of our older people population including the increased complexity of some of the cases in Herefordshire. There are plans to modernise and redesign an existing facility located close to the city centre. The council would like to work with innovative and ambitious providers to help develop a modern, high tech and high spec nursing home to support older people with EMI and complex needs and to ensure the future service provision is high quality and also person centred.
