Broadacres require a new 3 year contract covering multiple landline contracts for telephony across North Yorkshire. Management services to facilitate any works required as part of the digital switch over. Flexibility to cancel services without incurring additional charges. Improved services data circuits where available and financially appropriate. Incident and problem management for repairs / line faults using web platform. Site survey prior to implementation. Agreed service levels to support different line types, such as alarm lines. Quarterly Account management meetings at a minimum.
