## Notice

The requirement includes scheduled and unplanned maintenance services, management and breakdown service. Vessel management service are an essential organisational requirement based on a strategic decision for HMCG vessels to provide a full training and emergency/operational response as required to be managed by a specialised and efficient service provider. MCA is reserving this procurement for Service Providers based in the Hampshire area only under the scope of Procurement Policy Note (PPN) 11/20 Reserving Below Threshold Procurements, and in accordance to the requirements set out in Public Contracts Regulation 2015 the requirements shall also be subject to the Light Touch Regime requirements.
