The works generally include the upgrading of electrical services to the landlord areas of approximately 60 No. low rise (2/3 stories) residential blocks. The works include the following:- i]Upgrade sub-main distribution boards and install new sub-main cabling to the meter / consumer unit in each flat. ii]Replace distribution boards serving landlord's lighting and power. iii]Upgrade lighting to the landlord's areas including the provision of emergency lighting. iv]Provide general purpose power to the landlord's area Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
