This is evidence through referral rates to First Response Children's Duty and data collected through early help multi-agency arrangements. Feedback from parents tells us that a specialist support service is valued by them, from providers who have specific understanding of ADHD and impact on behaviour, parenting, and family life. In addition, many parents themselves may have ADHD and therefore parents often find that general family support may not meet their individual needs fully.
