The Council proposes to enter into a Contract of 12 months while longer term planning of the service is undertaken. It is not envisaged that the contract will extend beyond this initial period, however, an option to extend the contract for a period of up to 12 months has been included as a contingency. The anticipated contact value over the 12 month period is PS252,157 and will commence on 1 April 2018.
