From time to time, throughout the contract period, Hertfordshire County Council will commission bespoke packages of work using the SMART Framework Agreement to place an order for a specific package of work to be undertaken by the Contractor on a design and build or build only basis. The structural maintenance works are allocated into the following Lots: Lot 1 - Carriageway Machine Surfacing Lot 2 - Carriageway Surface Dressing Lot 3 - Carriageway Microsurfacing Lot 4 - Footway Reconstructions and Surface Treatments Lot 5 - General Civils This procurement process is a two stage process and you will only be invited to tender if you have been successful at the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) stage. If you wish to be considered you must complete and submit a completed PQQ by the Closing date and time Submissions cannot be uploaded after the closing date/time.
