## Summary

The procurement process involves ESPO (East Midlands Procurement Organisation), seeking suppliers for its framework titled "376E_20 eBooks, eAudiobooks and Print Books." This initiative focuses on the supply of print and digital books designed for academic, school, and public library users across the UK. The procurement is currently in the "Award" stage, with the tender period having ended on 21 August 2020. The framework agreement is valued at £12,000,000 and is classified under the "Printed books, brochures and leaflets" category. The operational location is nationwide across various public bodies in the UK, including local authorities and educational establishments.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses, particularly suppliers of digital lending platforms, print books, and educational materials. Small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary community social enterprises (VCSEs) will find this framework particularly relevant, as it is designed to cater to diverse educational and public service needs. Vendors capable of providing innovative eBook and eAudiobook solutions, along with comprehensive service management, will be well-positioned to compete in this procurement process.
