## Notice

HMRC is considering whether to issue a competitive contract notice to award a contract for the provision of the HMRC 2018-2020 Individuals, Small Business and Agents Customer Survey. This large-scale random probability survey is conducted annually covering 3 customer groups: Individuals, Small Businesses and Agents. The survey measures customer experience of dealing with HMRC as well as perceptions of HMRC's reputation and attitudes about compliance with the tax system. The survey has been conducted as a telephone survey but we are keen to explore alternative methodologies in particular online survey methods that retain a random probability approach. Additional information: HMRC use a version of SAP Ariba Sourcing. If using HMRC's SAP Ariba for the first time, including suppliers who are registered on the wider SAP Ariba supplier network, will need to register at http:// hmrc.suppliereu.ariba.com/ad/register/SSOActions?type=full You may need to copy the web address directly into your browser. Once you have obtained "your account ID", email e.procurement@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk for the attention of James Gadsby, with your email information etc. Please note that access to the RFi may be delayed over the December 17/January18 holiday period. The RFi will close at 17:00 on 19.01.2018. HMRC will review the RFi responses and may invite suppliers to further discuss their responses at a Supplier Event.
