They will provide the support package, grounded in a mentoring approach and based on developing trusted relationships that facilitate aspiration, to provide long-term reductions in serious violence that is rooted in group-based dynamics. There must be a seamless, person centred approach to delivery of Another Chance, with the provider able to work collaboratively with statutory, public and third sector organisations as delivery partners.
