## Notice

DCMS would welcome the use of other mechanisms, such as interviews with consumers, however the Supplier should set out why they feel this would be a better approach and how many people they could interview during the contract period. The participants for the survey should be representative of the UK population, including age (16 and above), geography, ethnicity and gender. DCMS would welcome details from the Supplier on the steps they will take to ensure the survey is representative of the UK population.
