Further studies into the heritage and townscape of Hatfield have taken place and as a conclusion, detailed site design parameters have been produced and consulted on by key stakeholders, including the Local planning authority, the Gascoyne Cecil Estate and Historic England. Revisions have been made to the current designs to take these issues into account, and the current application will be withdrawn and replaced with the revised application in September 2019.
