## Notice

Help to Buy Agents perform an important role in assisting Homes England to deliver its low cost home ownership (LCHO) and equity loan funded home ownership products to provide a seamless and consistent service to customers. This contract will be split into 3 geographical lots including Lot 1 (North East and North West), Lot 2 (Midlands and London) and Lot 3 (South East and South West). Please note that within lot 2 there is a geographic split of the Midlands and London. No shared ownership or affordable housing service is required for the London element of that lot.
