## Notice

The contract is for an initial 5 year term with options to extend for 2 further years and a further exceptional extension option for up to 1 year which can be exercised irrespctive of whether the other extension option has been exercised. This contract concerns services which are classified as "social and other specific services" listed in Annex XIV of Directive 2014/24/EU and Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the Regulations). Section 7 of the Regulations applies so the Light Touch regime, applies to this procurement.
