It is a popular destination for anyone visiting the local area, whether for recreation such as walking the Hadrian's Wall Path National Trail, or as a place to hold informal meetings. The Sill's fast broadband and public Wi-Fi are available throughout the cafe. The prospective new provider will share Northumberland National Park's ethos of healthy eating, with fresh, local, organic produce on offer where possible and The Sill will welcome new and creative ideas to engage customers with the region and landscape through food and events. The space can be used as a wet weather facility for activities including Dark Skies events, corporate away days, community gatherings and special occasions.
