During normal operations the Contractor will assist Renewi Cumbria Ltd with the transfer of residual municipal waste (waste collected on behalf of the District) to ensure the Environmental Permit and Planning Conditions are complied with and amenity issues are minimised. There may be a possibility that the range of materials collected separately at kerbside may need to be expand during the contract period, due to legislative changes. These additional materials may include textiles, small domestic appliances (WEEE) and separately collected food waste.
