## Notice

Coventry City Council are seeking to appoint a consultant to produce detailed design and investment proposals for heat decarbonisation, as part of the Low Carbon Skills Fund (LCSF). It is expected that these detailed designs will provide information commensurate with RIBA Stage 4 and with sufficient detail to enable the procurement of the proposed scheme.
