## Notice

Isolates of E. coli should additionally undergo testing for AMR phenotypes, in line with those tested for in the EU harmonised surveys. It would be advantageous, but not essential, that isolates of Salmonella also undergo whole genome sequencing (WGS) and screening for AMR associated genes.
