This competition will establish the award of the Call Off Contract for the Refurbishment of Unit F16-20. "the Contract". The unit, which is over 7,000 sq ft, is currently a bare concrete shell and requires works to enable tenant fit out. The procurement will see the highest scoring tenderers appointed to the Framework for future mini-competitions for Commercial Unit Refurbishment where required. The Council intend to appoint 4-6 Suppliers to the Framework Agreement but reserve the right to appoint more or fewer as it sees fit or to appoint none at all.
