For 2020/21 six Nottingham City practices over four Primary Care Networks (PCNs) - Nottingham City East PCN (1), Radford & Mary Potter PCN (3), Bulwell & Top Valley PCN (1) and BACHS PCN (1) chose not to participate in ESDS. NHS Nottingham & Nottinghamshire CCG is responsible for ensuring that the patients registered at these practices are able to access the services contained within the ESDS. The services are: * Ear Irrigation * Treatment Room services & Management of Minor Injuries Service * ECG Monitoring * H Pylori * Phlebotomy: Clinic based (for 12+ years) * Phlebotomy: Domiciliary service * Spirometry The six practices have a combined registered raw list size of 38,551 (as at 1st July 2020) with a normalised weighted list size slightly lower at 38,080. The population from these practices are diverse and multi-cultural, with high rates of deprivation and poor health. A map showing the PCNs within the City is available from the CCG.
